Our hosted service provider will be conducting some investigative works after 5:30pm AEST today to help isolate root cause and any ongoing impacts from today's issues. We do not expect this to cause any outages, however we are advising customers of the works as a precaution.

All,
Access to Springboard platforms has been stable since 12pm AEST. We are continuing discussions with our hosted service provider to ensure stability remains, and they are still investigating root causes.
We are continuing to monitor for further issues, however at this point access to all systems is stable.

Springboard continues to experience stability issues due to upstream issues from our hosted data services provider. They are continuing to investigate the problem.

Works have been completed by our hosted service provider, and we have been advised that services should now be restored and remain stable.
We are reducing the severity of this incident to 'Degraded Performance' as we continue to monitor for any further impacts and await further updates from our service provider.

Springboard is currently experiencing intermittent access issues from public networks.
Our hosted provider advises us that they have identified the issue within their internet gateway and are working to restore it.
We will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

All,
Our hosted provider advises us that they have identified an issue within the internet gateway interface and are working to restore it. Whilst access is intermittent currently, restoring access could result in up to a 5 min outage sometime within the next 10-30 minutes.

Investigating -
Springboard is currently experiencing intermittent access issues from public networks. At this early stage, it appears to be an issue with our Private Cloud datacentre hosted provider. Engineers are working with our hosted provider now.
We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
