Springboard has been stable since 11am with no further indications of instability.
PeopleScout engineers has been in direct discussions with our hosted data centre provider. A series of short term actions have been undertaken to ensure stability. Further reviews and actions will be taking place over the coming days to ensure longer term stability of network services is ensured following two instances of instability in the past 4 weeks.
PeopleScout will keep this incident in monitoring, with further updates to be provided over the coming days.

Investigating
Springboard is currently experiencing intermittent access issues from public networks. At this early stage, it appears to be an re-occurence of the issue with our Private Cloud datacentre hosted provider from yesteday. Engineers are working with our hosted provider now.
We will provide an update in 30 minutes.

All,
Access to Springboard platforms has stabilised following action taken by our hosted service provider. We are continuing discussions with provider to ensure stability remains, and whilst they investigate root causes.
We are continuing to monitor for further issues, however at this point access to all systems is stable.
